Need Some Advise

Ok, I gave someone a design sometime back. I was doing some adoptables, and they were on the stream while I made them. We talked for awhile and she expressed interesting in getting one. Now, she couldn't afford one when I did upload them.

I gave her one of the lesser expensive ones since she seemed to like it so much. Awhile later I found out she'd gotten rid of it.

My question is, do I have a right to take the design back? I gave her the design since she liked it with the intention that she'd keep it. Otherwise I would have sold it, or kept it as I did like the design quite a lot. It really bothers me that they'd give the design away without telling me or asking if it was ok. I didn't just give it to them to sell :I

My Art Status

Requests-Ask Me! I do requests when I feel like it. They aren't always super nice, full pictures, but some are. It really depends on if I want to draw the characters, and if I have an idea. Go here to get a spot.

Art Trades- Open! I love doing trades, and have a bad habit of taking to many. Mt only rule is that you must do your half before I do mine, as I've had many people not do their half. Once your half is done, I will gladly finish mine :3

Collabs- Open! I love to collab with people, as well. Just shoot me a note if you want one. All I ask is that you don't try and "trick" me into a free request. Asking for someone to do lines of your character only/some character you like, so you may color and shade isn't a collab. Collabs are when two people both work on something, usually of both people's characters or something they both like. I generally go for characters.

silverpocky's horse is registered but you didn't give it a registry number. The horse is "Just A Bit of Love" --> you can give it one of the higher numbers if needed, unless you put it under a different name or didn't give the import it's name and owner?

and for some reason Valintine is not on the registery list. =/ Was she officially registered?
